Deadlines for inspection & lodgement of certificate of barrier compliance

Depending on your pool/spa construction date, your compliance certificate lodgement dates are:

On or before 30 June 1994

 by 1 Jun 2022

From 1 July 1994 until 30 April 2010

by 1 Jun 2023

From 1 May 2010 until 31 October 2020

by 1 Jun 2024

After initial lodgement

New certificates of barrier compliance must be lodged every four years.

Your local council should send a notice before your next certificate is due
